Refund policy

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please do NOT attempt to send your order back to us without previous authorisation from Customer Service.  All orders returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted so make sure to email us at glassyeyewearuk@gmail.com with your returns enquiry beforehand.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
